Where is the Atlanta office?
We are at 730 Peachtree Street NE, suite 570, in Midtown Atlanta — on Peachtree between 3rd and 4th Streets, a short walk north of the Fox Theatre. If you know Midtown, we are on the main Peachtree spine between North Avenue and 10th Street.
How do I get there?
From the I-75/85 Downtown Connector: take the North Avenue exit, head east to Peachtree Street, then turn north; the building is on your right after 3rd Street.
From I-20: merge onto the Connector northbound through downtown and follow the same North Avenue exit.
By MARTA: the North Avenue and Midtown rail stations are each about a five-minute walk. Paid parking decks surround the building on Peachtree and Juniper.
What cases does this office handle?
Car accidents, truck and 18-wheeler crashes, and premises liability injuries across metro Atlanta — Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, and Clayton counties — plus cases statewide, from Savannah to Columbus. Georgia case law and deadlines differ from our other states, and this office is built around them.
Start with our Georgia personal injury hub for the full breakdown by city and case type.
Which courts does this office file in?
Metro Atlanta injury suits are most often filed in the State Court of Fulton County at the Justice Center Tower, 185 Shirley C. Franklin Blvd SW (formerly Central Avenue), or the Superior Court of Fulton County at the Lewis R. Slaton Courthouse, 136 Pryor Street SW. We also file in DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, and Clayton county courts, and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Hospitals and crash corridors near this office
Grady Memorial Hospital — Atlanta’s only Level I trauma center — is ten minutes south of this office, and the most seriously injured crash victims in the metro are taken there. Emory University Hospital Midtown is even closer, on Peachtree itself.
The crashes we see most from this office happen on the Downtown Connector (I-75/85), I-285, I-20, and the Buford Highway and Moreland Avenue corridors.
How do I get my Atlanta police crash report?
Atlanta Police Department reports are sold online through BuyCrash: select Georgia, then Atlanta Police Department, and search with your name and crash date. Reports cost $11 by card. You can also call APD Central Records at 404-546-7461; allow up to five business days for a report to post. Or skip it — call us and we pull the report as part of your free case review.
Who will handle my case?
Larry (Jimmy) Peters, Managing Attorney, is licensed in Georgia (Bar No. 936535) and leads the Georgia practice. Every case is contingency fee — no fee unless we recover for you.
